I am currently working with a local personal trainer to combine a boot camp beach workout with belief downloads. Once and for all you WILL stick to a routine. The Trainers I have spoken with say 8 out 10 of their clients sabotage themselves without knowing it. They either get an injury; have scheduling conflicts, or "out of the blue" money issues. Sound familiar???? If you have limiting beliefs around releasing the weight or having your dream body, you will call to you the things that will STOP your progress.

Common beliefs include:
  • "It's not safe for others if I release weight"
  • "My work or family suffer when I take time for myself"
  • "It is painful to my body when I workout"
  • "I can't afford it"
  • "I'm too overweight to keep up"
  • "Others will judge me for being overweight"

I could go on… Working with a trainer has given me access to years of limiting programs from thousands of their clients. What I have discovered is a pattern of belief.
