Let's go deeper into our limiting beliefs. Start with the word "Lose." When you lose something it is the natural response of the subconscious mind to find it and hold on to it tightly to avoid losing it again. How about instead of "Losing," you "Release."?
Weight - Is it possible you have limiting programs when it comes to your weight? Maybe, you're one of those people, or you know one of those people, who say "it's not fair I do all the right things." "I'm so disciplined and dedicated yet the weight doesn't come off of me."

Think of a chained circus elephant. Here is this huge, powerful beast with stunning strength chained in place with a small flimsy metal chain. How could this possibly keep it from escaping? He could break it with the force he uses to swat a fly, yet he doesn't. What's going on? For the rest of us, that flimsy little chain represents our limiting beliefs. All that it requires is a bit of a yank, or effort to release you from that belief. Think about it...
